Laugher is infectious, it magnifies bliss and binds people together. When I teach laughter yoga with my groups, everyone says how amazing they feel, how their spirit is lifted and how much more positive they are as a result of a jolly good laugh!!!
I also notice how beneficial laughter is before meditation, it brings you right into the present moment and you will feel incredibly peaceful… a superb natural sleeping remedy too!
The benefits of laughter do not stop there, it also strengthens the immune system and boosts your energy. It releases endorphins, the body’s natural feel good chemical (no need for prozac with laughter therapy!). Endorphins are also amazing for pain relief! Laughter increases blood flow which is why we feel more energised and warm after a good laugh!!
If you laugh more, it will help you with falling in to a natural sleep, it will release the stresses and strains of the day and you will feel super relaxed! Laughter definitely makes you feel good, not just when you are laughing, but the sensation of joy will remain with you when the laughing fades away. It will help you keep positive, even though difficult situations. Laughter will give you courage too!
So when you feel tired, low in energy and stressed, pop back here and watch these videos, I guarantee you will float off to bed and sing in the bathroom!!!
